Warranty by NAKAS MUSIC CYPRUS LTD
The warranty period is set at 2 years.
NAKAS MUSIC CYPRUS LTD. guarantees to the original buyer that the products do not bear any defect, due to the materials used for their manufacture or due to the assembly work. During warranty period NAKAS MUSIC CYPRUS LTD will repair or replace the defective product free of charge. The company has the exclusive right to determine, at its sole discretion, the method, the time and the place of the repair.
The transportation of the product to the Service Department of NAKAS MUSIC CYPRUS LTD. and the insurance as well, are at the customer’s responsibility. Please present a document/proof of purchase, (sales receipt, purchase invoice etc). For the safer transportation, the products sent for repair must be carefully and safely packed in their original packages. Unjustified occupation or visit of our technicians at home will be charged separately, even if the product is covered by a warranty.

Proper maintenance and use of the Product.
Please read carefully the instructions manual of the product you purchased. The information contained in this refer to the correct use, assembly and maintenance of the product.
The guarantee does not apply to damage resulting from:
1. Negligence (e.g. damage from battery acid leaks)
2. Improper use.
3. Use contrary to the requirements specified by the manufacturer (bad connection, fall, exposure to extreme temperature levels, damages derived from changes in the voltage)
4. Any repair or modification made outside of the Service dept. of Philippos Nakas S.A.
Warranty does not apply also in the following cases:
- when the serial number, or identification symbols of the device have been altered, changed or removed.
- the guarantee must be posted to the Service dept. of NAKAS MUSIC CYPRUS LTD within ten (10) days from the date of purchase, otherwise it is invalid. NAKAS MUSIC CYPRUS LTD will do everything possible to have the product repaired and returned to you as soon as possible.
