The perfect fit in simple steps! Let's ensure that everyone gets a perfect fit on their MOMENTUM Sport with some simple steps.
Step 1: The fin
The product comes with the pre-install neutral fin for increase comfort. For an even more secure fit, MOMENTUM Sport comes with different fin sizes. To change fins, first remove the pre-install fin from both earbuds. For first time user, we recommend proceeding by align the desire fin with the color highlight on the left earbud. Make sure that the hole in the fin fits in mounts in the color highlight. Repeat process on the right earbud.
Step 2: The ear tip
To ensure secure comfortable fit and correct isolation, we recommend in all our true wireless to test the different ear tips provided. Changing ear tips is easy, just pull the current tip out and then place the new ear tip on the nozzle. To make sure you have found the best ear tip, check the seal using the Fit test in the Sennheiser Smart Control app.
Step 3: Orientation
Once the product has been inserted in the ear, a light rotation is needed for optimal fit.
